I created a document in Word 2013 and created hyperlinks using the x-callback-url scheme with the scriptures.

I saved the document as a Web Page (htm, html).

I opened the html in Calibre and converted it to an EPUB.

I then transferred the EPUB to my iPad and opened it in iBooks. When I click on the links/scriptures, it opens
Equipd Bible and opens the scripture and there is a button at the bottom to take me back to iBooks or you can

You can copy the scripture into your notes or generate scripture URL in Equipd Bible and insert the link into your notes.
